1991 dawned, with TMI Network, a complete one-stop Recruitment Solutions organization dedicated to providing its clients the highest level of customized service for the lowest possible cost. Working for several corporate clients, it became amply clear that most Corporates are significantly under serviced because of the "one shoe fits all" philosophy of the vendors. Our business philosophy hinges on the words "Customised solutions" because Corporates are diverse in terms of offerings (Manufacturing vs. Services) or in terms of presence (One Town vs. All of India)

Today, TMI Network is the only "end to end" and "full service" Recruitment Solutions company, where customers can choose from over ten service groups and pay for what is consumed. TMI Network, thanks to the loyalty of its customers has reached the Top 5 slots in terms of people placed.

C&K Management

In the year 1999 TMI Network_saw a major opportunity in knowledge-based services with the advent of Internet technology and promoted its subsidiary, C&K Management Ltd.

For every candidate selected by a corporate there were 9 who were rejected at the final stage and another 90 who did not even get into the final stage of selection. C&K Management's philosophy is to help those 9 who did not make it, by making them contemporary in their chosen domain and thereby improve performance on the job as well as with selection criterions.

We recognised that executives are faced with a salvo of information each day about how to lead and grow their businesses. What they lacked was a 'meta-opinion' of critical thinking that would help identify the 'signal' from the 'noise' of business thinking.

The core business of C&K Management (C for Content and K for Knowledge) is to help Corporate and individuals build "competencies." We believe that "self-learning" and "blended learning" are the keys to creating learning organisations and to continuous career growth. C&K also has another core competency- in leveraging IT in HR domain. That's why we recently signed up with one of US's leaders in HR technologies.

C&K Management started with a enterprise value of USD 6 million (Rs.26.5 Crores) in 2000 . C&K Management works in a niche area, in the IT industry , in content, elearning and in HR technologies. No wonder C&K Management has grown despite the economic down turn.
