in India and MNCs like Pepsi, Castrol, Citicorp, Tata group, Henkel, Nagarjuna
Group, Somany Group, Wrigley's, Ford, ConAgra, BPL, Godrej, GE Group, Oracle,
Novell, Motorola, Wipro Group, Hughes Software, HCL, Metamor, IBM KPMG and
Dupont. He is also responsible for conceptualising India's first Internet based
IT career magazine, Winjobs.com. Prior to setting up TMI Network. Muralidharan
had worked in NOCIL (a Shell Joint Venture in India). He graduated as a
Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai with high
academic honours and subsequently acquired an MBA from the Indian Institute of

Ravi Ramakrishnan has been the driving force in making TMI
-Network the largest Recruitment Advertising agency in India. He has strong
sales and marketing experience ranging across mass distributed consumer
products/services, industrial and speciality chemicals. He worked in NOCIL, a
Shell JV in India, on sales and marketing assignments of consumer products,
industrial and speciality chemicals, besides helping set up one of the first IT
networks in India - linking multiple management, marketing offices and
manufacturing locations across India. After NOCIL, he joined as a Business
Advisor to Padmini Group, Bangalore that has interests in consumer products and
chemicals. At Padmini, he set up a national sales and distribution network to
handle the products, charted the marketing plan for brands and was responsible
for brand building. He graduated as a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute
of Technology, BHU and subsequently received an MBA from Indian Institute of
Management, Calcutta. |

T. Sreedhar, a Mechanical Engineer and Management Graduate,
began his career with Castor India Limited and moved on to Johnson and Johnson
as the Regional Sales Manager. For the past decade he was been involved in
Recruitment Advertising and Career Counselling. A prominent Rotarian, Sreedhar
is also the Honorary Secretary for the Executive Recruiters Association

A Mechanical Engineer from NIT, Trichy & PGDBM from IIM, Bangalore. He
brings with him in-depth experience over a span of two decades in business and
strategy. Working in India and abroad has given him insight into corporate
structuring, financing, international business development, purchase, MIS, fund
management and long term strategy of globally competitive organizations. His
experience helped him relish working under pressure and to solve critical,
non-routine and strategic problems successfully. Mr. Sethuraman has been
Director - Corporate with Shetron Group prior to his joining TMI Group. He
worked as General Manager - Group Corporate Affairs in Duncan Goenka Group,
President, Global PET Films, Inc., USA. (subsidiary of Garware Polyester),
Deputy General Manager - Corporate Affairs, Garware Polyester Limited, Senior
Executive - Corporate Affairs and Reliance Industries Limited. He began his
career as an Engineer at HPCL, Vizag refinery in 1984.

M.K.Geetha has rich experience in all areas of corporate
finance, accounts, internal audit, secretarial practice, corporate planning and
control, project report preparation, management information system. She was
earlier heading the Icfaian Business School at Chennai. She had taught advanced
subjects like Mergers & Acquisitions, Portfolio Management and Strategic
financial Management. She has also managed prestigious consultancy assignments.
She was one of the members of the Price Waterhouse / ICFAI study group for a

Manufacturing Operations, Process Optimisation, Sales & Marketing,
Corporate Planning, Turn Around Strategies, Value Engineering and Quality
Systems. In his exposure to Public Sector for 4 years and Private Sector for 19
years prior to joining TMI in 2005, he was associated with the Kudremukh Iron
Ore Project, the Murugappa Group and the Tata Group. His major achievement
includes the Turning around of two sick business units in the Murugappa Group.
Having a liking for the HR field, what gives him the most satisfaction in the
current profession, he says, is helping people to achieve their career
aspirations. A selective reader, he also enjoys painting and cooking. TMI, he
says, is a great organisation for Learning and Unlearning.
