Corporates and Institutions recognise the value of building networked communities and it is becoming apparent that the road ahead lies in being able to develop and deploy customised content across different levels of an organisation. Corporate Intranets will become an integral tool in corporate offices across Asia.

Our future lies in being able to meet the knowledge requirements of such initiatives. We plan to Capture Business India 1000 market. We estimate the current Indian market size to be Rs.500 million. Our current market share is 4 percent.

By 2005 we expect to:

  • Own 50% of the market for Knowledge Services.
  • Expand into the Middle East. We have tied up with leading organizations like the Dubai Quality Group to explore the Middle East market. By 2005 we expect to generate US$ 15 million from this market.
  • Establish a market presence in the United States. We will compete for business from US corporations by leveraging our relationships with their operations in India and the cost efficiency of trained, qualified and experienced intellect in India.

Listed below are our suite of Products and Services - each of these addressing a clearly stated need in our chosen markets. The table below indicates solutions, select clients and the status of deployment.

Leveraging Technology

C&K Management and TMI Network together brought in enhanced technology capabilities, which has helped us in looking at mass recruitment projects. We started off with ICICI Bank last year and placed about 600 plus people in their customer care center. We also executed a huge project for Godrej Tea in recruiting about 130 people within a period of 5 weeks.

To enhance our technologies further, we intend to connect all our branches through VPN and as a first step we have already implemented VPN connectivity to Chennai branch in August 2003. This will help to further improve our productivity norms and also our response time to our customers. This will help us to further strengthen our position in the market and we will also be the first integrated Recruitment Company in India to do it nationally. This would involve further Capital Outlay and Working Capital.

We are proud that we were involved in the recruitment process of the first Public Sector Disinvestment Company, BALCO in 2001-2002. The project, which started in 2001, ended in 2002 and we have just got the mandate to do a similar exercise for VSNL (the first Public Sector Telecom service provider that was privatised) now and under Tatas fold in 2003.
