One of the important decisions you make is to choose your next employer. We in turn commit ourselves to investing in and developing our new employees. We believe that it will take at least 2 years for both of us to assess each other and contribute to each other. So our company philosophy is that all prospective employees must carefully evaluate whether we are worth spending at least 2 years with us before accepting our offer. Hence all prospective employees are required to give us a letter as per the following format before being interviewed.

We confirm that this letter is being issued by you in good faith and therefore we will not enforce it if you are forced to leave the organisation in less than 2 years due to exceptional circumstances such as medical/educational grounds or due to transfer of spouse., etc.

The Group also confirms that if an employee wants a leave after 2 years, TMI Network will provide Career Consulting services to the employee and will assist in the search for the next employer including TMI customers.
