TMI provided me with the foundation on which I am building the rest of my career on. T Muralidharan (TMD) and T Sreedhar (TS) were less of my bosses and more of my mentors. I was extremely fortunate that they saw the potential in me and gave me the platform to hone my skills. I got a chance to work with wonderful people along the way and also got the chance to watch, participate in and lead some challenging yet exciting projects during my two year stint with TMI. Today, I manage the COO's office of a $4.5 billion company. It would not have been possible without my first break with TMI. It would not have been possible without Ganesh Shenoy introducing me to TS because it was TS who showed me what I was capable of and helped me get there too. No matter where my career takes me from here, I will never forget the fact and will always be grateful that it "all started in TMI". I can never thank Ganesh, TMD and TS enough."
